    1. Explanation of name and principle

     

    (1). AF ---- Anti-fingerprint. General SiO2 + AF material (DON, M4, Dow Corning AF material), generally using vacuum evaporation coating method.

     

    Principle: AF anti-fingerprint glass is based on the lotus leaf principle, the outer surface of the glass coated with a layer of nano-chemical materials. It makes the surface tension of the glass to a minimum, and the contact area between dust and glass surface is reduced by 90%, so that it has a strong hydrophobic, anti-oil, anti-fingerprint ability; that’s why the video screen glass panel maintains a bright and shiny effect for a long time.

     

    Applicable materials: all kinds of glass or organic glass PC, PMMA, PET...

     

    (2).AR - anti-reflection: by increasing the glass (screen) transmittance, reduce the glass (screen) reflectivity to achieve the purpose of increasing transparency. The choice of materials is relatively large, generally with high and low refractive index materials cross-stacked plating on, can be used vacuum evaporation plating can also be used magnetron sputtering plating.

     

    Principle: When light is shot from light sparse material to light dense material, the reflected light will have a half-wave loss, after the glass is coated with AR film, the reflected light on the surface than the difference in the light range of the reflected light on the surface before the film is exactly half a wavelength difference, the reflected light on the two surfaces before and after the film eliminates, which is equivalent to an increase in the energy of transmitted light.     (3).AG --- anti-glare: It is the surface of the glass for single- or double-sided special treatment to achieve the effect of multi-angle diffuse reflection, so as to improve the viewing angle of the screen, reduce the interference of ambient light, reduce screen reflection. It can be sprayed + baked method to form a film, using a colloidal solution of SiO2 or the like.

     

    Principle: Through light scattering and diffuse reflection, reduce reflection and achieve the purpose of anti-glare, anti-blinding, to create a clear and transparent visual space, so as to have better visual enjoyment.

    Pre-treatment: use weak alkaline cleaning agent or solvent to remove oil, water and other stains on the surface of the substrate, better effect by ultrasonic cleaning.

    Baking: remove the glass after spraying and put it into the oven (120 ℃, 30 minutes), depending on the specific requirements and product conditions to adjust to the best.

    3. Characteristics and application areas

     

    1. AF coating product characteristics:
